Policies
Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, please note: we will try to work with you on a case by case basis. Please note that when you make a reservation we are holding that specifically for you and when you cancel it puts a hardship on our availability. We are a small rental venue and do not have the same booking capabilities as a large chain. Also, since we rent monthly, we usually book far ahead of someones stay. Last minute cancellations usually stay vacant for a month.
Accommodations:
Please note that when booking a rental it is for accommodations only. Bookings do not include event facilities and absolutely no parties. Separate charges apply for rental of facility or anything other than accommodations.
Smoking:
Honey Farm is a non smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in outside areas and balconies only. Candles, incense burning, pipes, cigars or anything that burns is absolutely not permitted inside. A $200.00 fine is assessed if violated, at the discretion of the owner.
Safety:
Here at Honey Farm there are several stairs to navigate . If you have special concerns please ask ahead of time. Sorry we are not handicap accessible.
Children: We love them and they love the animals, but unfortunately our rentals are not suitable for ALL children. There are stairs and farm animals. We like to discuss things beforehand. Please call in advance for pre-approval.
Pets: We are pet lovers , but due to the variety of animals and people on the premises; all pets must be pre approved. Typically larger dogs (anything over 40 pounds) are not permitted but I am available to discuss your particulars. Cats are not permitted due to allergens and upholstery damage. Pets must get along with all other animals and people. Please call in advance for pre approval. Any pets that are not pre approved could result in denial of rental and forfeiture of your payment. No surprises please!
